In a 17-16 vote Thursday, the West Virginia Senate approved Senate Bill 1, the Workplace Freedom Act. If ultimately signed into law, SB1 would make West Virginia the nation's 26th right-to-work state.

The West Virginia Legislature's 2016 session is in full swing, and BIC has been busy with our Workplace Freedom Coalition, urging lawmakers to support passage of a right-to-work bill (Senate Bill 1).
