WV BIC Honors Delegates Craig, Miller, Sobonya for Legislative Excellence

CHARLESTON, W.Va. – The West Virginia Business & Industry Council (BIC) honored Delegates Carol Miller and Kelli Sobonya with awards for “Legislative Excellence” during a special meeting of the organization in Huntington on September 24th.  Additionally, Delegate Kevin Craig was presented with the “Honoring Extraordinary Legislative Leadership Award” for his fourteen years of service to Cabell County and the State of West Virginia.

“Delegates Miller and Sobonya have a proven track record of advocating for job development, infrastructure improvement, legal fairness and fiscal responsibility – the main items West Virginia’s business community believes will move the state forward.” said BIC Chairman Chris Hamilton. “They are deserving of this award and the business community across the state appreciates their service to West Virginia.”  

“Delate Craig has been a leader on business issues throughout his fourteen year tenure in the Legislature, championing efforts to improve the state’s economy,” Hamilton said.  “Kevin will be hard to replace and we wish him the best moving forward.”
